After an order is placed

 We will provide a copy of the invoice on paper by email immediately after you make a purchase on our website or for you to save for future reference.

Right to Cancel

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase services from us within 14 days without giving notice. The cancellation period: You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after the order is delivered.  You must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period to exercise your right to cancel. Exceptions

These rules do not apply to goods and services worth £42 or less, as stipulated in Online and distance selling.

The unsuccessful party will pay the costs of any mediation or arbitration.
  • Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Apple Electronics agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
  • If any of the provisions outlined in these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and removed from these Terms and Conditions. The removal will not affect all other provisions, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
